This job ROCKS..you should try it!

Shooting weddings is a blast! That's why we love it so much! There's romance in the air and for the most part, it's one of the happiest days of someone's life. It's so fun to be there to capture the joy and emotion of this special day. And when we walk away at the end of the day, there's the satisfaction of knowing that we have been able to preserve a lifetime of memories for some very special people. That brings joy to our hearts and smiles to our faces!

Just for fun, here are a few shots of some hard working photographers (us!) taken by Jason Royer of Innovation Media. It was a pleasure to have him by our side at one of our weddings, documenting our working style in photo and video for some new promo videos. Make sure you check our website over the next few weeks to see the new videos :) We hope you love them.

Charlotte and Tom

It was such a pleasure meeting Dr. Thomas Kepic and his fiance Charlotte! Last weekend, they got married in a beautiful, intimate ceremony at their home, surrounded by their closest friends and family. The ceremony and celebrations were fun and relaxed, getting everyone in the festive mood! They even took a moment to introduce and honor each person that was in attendance at their wedding, which was a special time for everyone. Thank you so much Tom and Charlotte for welcoming us into your home! It was truly a joy to take part in your special day! Click here to see the complete slideshow!

Of course, what wedding would be complete without delicious food! This event was catered by Spaggi's, a top rated, very classy Italian restaurant in Upland. Spaggi's is widely known for their wonderful cuisine and dining as well as their excellence in catering special events.

Tom and Charlotte's wedding also featured the work of one our favorite and highly recommended florists, Ms. Lucia Vargas of The Olive Branch. The bridal bouquet complimented the dress perfectly and the centerpieces were stunning with the hanging crystals! You can find the Olive Branches contact info on our website under our recommeded vendors

Thank you both for your beautiful (and delicious) work!

Cindy--3 days until due date!

You might remember from a previous post "Three Pregnant Sisters," that both of my sisters were due to have babies this month. We are so excited to say "Welcome!" to our new nephew, Pierce, who was born on June 6th to Anna and Kyle and weighed 6 lbs, 13 oz! In his first pictures, he looked so cute and Anna looked so beautiful! I'm sure he's changed so much since then, I will post more pictures as soon as I get them!

This still leaves the mystery of the Peterson baby...boy or girl! Hopefully we will find out soon as the due date is TODAY, June 9th! Here are a few photos of Cindy that I (Julie) took on Wednesday to show how cute she is with her basketball-belly! Hope you come soon neice or nephew! I hope I'm there to shoot your birth :) Love, Aunt Julie

Family Photos

Hope all of you had a beautiful, relaxing memorial day weekend! We pretty much just went to BBQ's over the weekend and took a really interesting trip to the Discovery Science Center in Santa Ana on Monday.

Since we haven't posted pictures of the girls in so long (since Livy was born!) here are a couple of pictures of our bathing beauties. Well, Livy's not technically a "bathing" beauty yet, just a beauty! She's working on learning some important skills such as blowing spit bubbles and turning over. Today was also her 2nd day eating rice cereal..still doesn't like it. Miranda is growing up and will be 7 this month already! She has just begun learning 3 digit subtraction with regrouping...whoa!!! That's some serious math. Hope you enjoy these pics from Memorial day!

Many blessings and thanks to all those who have so faithfully served and fought for our country. We appreciate your sacrifice and bravery.
