Angie + Rick Engagement Session

Meet our friends Rick and Angie!! Soon to be wed and so in love!

This past Saturday I had the pure enjoyment of photographing these two in a few locations for little more than about 3 hours. What an amazing time! It was so comfortable and one of the funnest shoots I've done. You don't have to tell these guys a thing. They are so in love, all I had to do was stand back and let the shutter fly! They must have been hanging out with Tom & Ileana recently! :)

Once we left the first area we found a couple of really cool door ways that we just had to stop at. Since Rick and Angie gave me the liberty to choose the locations, I got to try out some new spots I've been wanting to photograph at for a couple of months now and these doors where some my wife suggesting to me some time ago.

Within the first hour we all started to get a bit hungry, especially Angie, so I offered to stop and hit up Jamba Juice for a smoothie on the way to another location. Although I prefer Juice It Up, mine wasn't half bad! This gave us a perfect time to relax even more and keep things really simple. Its nice to stop in the middle of things and just talk. This makes for a better wedding day when we arrive as we won't be strangers to our bride and groom.

Any way guys...thank you so much for such a fun time. You are a huge blessing to us and we cannot wait to photograph your wonderful wedding day! We love you!!

Tom & Ileana

This past Saturday we had the honor of photographing some wonderful friends of ours. My wife and I have known Tom for approx 8 or 9 years since he first moved here fresh from Florida and Ileana about 11 years, both before they even met!! Its been a great pleasure seeing them grow together and witness how their love has transformed who they are.


Talk about a couple of fun people!! As you'll tell by the photos...they REALLY like each other!! We really had a fantastic time together. Tom was his witty and hilarious self thru out the day and I was so encouraged that he felt that comfortable around the camera. Ileana is a fantastic photographer herself, so it was a blessing that I felt that comfortable taking their pictures!! :)


Both have been such an encouragement to my wife and I during our 9 years together. Tom and Ileana have been there for both of our daughters births and many other times when we really needed the support of some truly good friends. We are so glad that we can be called their friends and it was such a special day for me getting to capture the love between them that God has shaped and molded. Thank you!! You guys were so awesome!!
