Checked in...Armed and ready!
So I have arrived at the Sheraton here in Los Angeles and have geared myself up for the running of 4-5 lectures a day along with vendors, networking and fun! Of course to maintain good energy you must have the right snacks right! :)Tonight is just a laid back night...a little chatting with other photographers around the hotel as they arrive and relaxing in the room.
I just finished dinner with about 10 other photogs from around the U.S.. I can't begin to say how incredibly nice everyone is here. Seriously...I was sitting here working on this blog post when another photographer just came over and asked if I wanted to join them for dinner. From that offer I got to sit down and meet some really incredible people.
We'll its off to bed soon so I can refresh and be ready for lots of chatting and listening tomorrow. See you then!

What a trip to meet you in person just when I had introduced myself to you and Julie via email only a couple of days ago. I would have loved to meet Julie in person, maybe next time! Talk about a boat load of info, my head is still reeling haha.
damion-- it was great to meet you at breakfast, and then see you throughout the conference. thanks for sharing your story-- it was encouraging to hear about your growth over the past year!

Yeah..how fun was that Rowena!! Especially to bump into each other right in the lobby! Too cool. Glad to hear you got alot out of the conference. We'll talk soon for sure...seems we keep bumming into each alot anyway!!
